
FILMOGRAPHY AND BIOGRAPHY
Charles Abourezk is a graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law and is an attorney practicing in Rapid City, SD. He has directed two other documentaries including; "It Can Happen to Anyone: AIDS on Indian Reservations" and a documentary for NBC titled "Reservation Life". Mr. Abourezk is a current Supreme Court Justice for the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, a retired Justice of the Oglala Sioux Nation Supreme Court. He is a Board and faculty member at Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. Mr. Abourezk was the Permanent Representative to the UN Commission on Human Rights for the International Indian Treaty Council, 1979-1983, and is a longtime activist in the struggle for the human rights of indigenous people.
Brett Lawlor is a graduate of the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine where he did his speciality training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is currently in practice in Rapid City, SD. Mr. Lawlor has written three screenplays that have had top three, top ten and quarterfinal finishes in national screenplay contests. Mr. Lawlor writes a regular column for the Rapid City Journal.

Shawn Lawlor graduated from The Evergreen State College with a Electronic Music and Video Editing degree. He has his own business in graphic design, music composition, building web-sites, making flash animations and editing videos. He has had his music featured in Sherman Alexi's movie "The Business of Fancy Dancing".
